1. Scope
This notice covers use of the public ViewLoom website. It does not replace the privacy terms of Twitch, Kick, Google, Stripe, GitHub, Cloudflare, or other third-party services linked from or used by the site.
2. No ViewLoom user accounts
ViewLoom does not currently provide a user registration or login system. The public site does not create a ViewLoom profile, subscription account, or cloud-synced Watchlist for visitors.
3. Google Analytics 4
ViewLoom currently loads Google Analytics 4 measurement on built public HTML pages using measurement ID G-YHX7HS1VBK. This is used to understand aggregate use of public pages and site navigation. Google's measurement technology may use cookies or similar identifiers and sends measurement data to Google according to the service configuration and Google's own terms and privacy practices.
ViewLoom does not use Google Analytics data to change creator rankings, provider coverage, or the contents of the observed data set.
4. Local Watchlist storage
The Local Watchlist stores saved channel shortcuts in versioned browser-local storage. This data remains in the browser profile where it was saved unless the visitor clears it or uses browser controls that remove site storage. ViewLoom does not currently provide server account storage or cross-device Watchlist sync.
5. Contact form
The Contact page links to a Google-hosted form. When you open or submit that form, information you provide is handled through Google's service. Only provide information necessary to explain the ViewLoom-related issue. Never send complete card numbers, card security codes, passwords, API secrets, or other unnecessary sensitive credentials.
6. Stripe-hosted payment page
The Support page links to a Stripe-hosted payment page. Payment details entered there are processed through Stripe's systems and are subject to Stripe's terms and privacy practices. ViewLoom's public site does not contain a payment-card form and must not ask you to send card credentials through the Contact page.
7. Public live-stream observations
ViewLoom collects and retains bounded public live-stream observations for its analytical pages. That provider observation pipeline is separate from visitor accounts: ViewLoom does not require visitors to identify themselves to view public pages.
8. Operational logs and hosting
Like other hosted websites, infrastructure providers may process technical request information needed to deliver, secure, and operate the site. ViewLoom is currently hosted using Cloudflare services, and linked repository activity may be visible through GitHub.
9. Changes and questions
This notice may be updated when measurement, storage, contact, payment, or hosting behavior changes. Questions may be sent through the Contact page.
