Contact channel
ViewLoom currently accepts messages through an external Google Form. Opening the form leaves ViewLoom and is subject to Google's service and privacy terms.
What to include
Route, provider, UTC time, browser/device, expected behavior, and what happened instead.
Provider, channel or page, date/time range, metric, and the exact value or state you are asking about.
Payment date and amount, plus a non-sensitive receipt or payment reference if available. Never send complete card numbers, card security codes, passwords, or other payment credentials.
Identify the page and the information you believe is incorrect or requires clarification, with supporting evidence where available.
Operator disclosure requests
Requests for operator name, address, or telephone information associated with the current support-payment flow may be submitted through the contact form. Where disclosure is required, the information will be provided without delay before the transaction.
Response boundary
ViewLoom is independently operated and does not promise a specific response time. Messages may be prioritized by security impact, payment urgency, reproducibility, and whether the issue concerns ViewLoom itself.
