- The support amount shown or selected on the Stripe-hosted payment page before final confirmation.
- Additional charges
- ViewLoom does not add a separate delivery fee. Internet access, mobile data, currency conversion, or financial-institution charges outside ViewLoom's control may apply depending on the visitor's provider or payment method.
- Payment method
- The payment methods made available on the Stripe-hosted payment page at the time of payment.
- Payment timing
- Payment is processed when the supporter confirms and completes the payment on the Stripe-hosted page.
- Delivery or service timing
- No ViewLoom account, product tier, creator listing, ranking placement, or contracted service is delivered in exchange for the current voluntary support payment.
- Recurring transaction
- The current ViewLoom public Support page describes the support payment as one-time and does not present a recurring subscription flow.
- Cancellation and refunds
- See the Refund Policy. Completed voluntary support payments are generally final, subject to applicable law and the review process described there.
About operator detail requests
Japan's official guide for mail-order transaction disclosures explains that certain business identity fields may be omitted from an advertisement when the advertisement states that the information will be provided without delay on request and the operator is able to provide it accordingly. Requests for the operator details listed above may be made through the Contact page before payment.
